Processing Time

  • Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

    We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 24 hours. 

    Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will contact you within 24 hours.

  • Processing time: 1 business days. Shipping time to the United States: 4-7 business days. Shipping time to Canada: 7-10 business days.

Shipping Beyond Our Standard Service Area:

We endeavor to offer you competitively priced service and convenient shipping delivery options for our customers in Canada and the US. Shipment charges are increased for unserviceable remote areas or zones on the outskirts of North America.

An estimate will be displayed on the checkout page, and adding more items to your order will not change the shipping fee rate.

We waive your return shipping fee, but an additional forward shipping fee will be charged for any new item(s). Due to a few unforeseen or suspected circumstances, we do not deliver to Puerto Rico.

Measuring Your Space:

You dictate the product/box dimensions that you prefer by choosing the categories available. Before lounging new furniture to your space, please take accurate measurements from the entry to the delivery path to avoid disappointment and financial loss. The path from where the furniture will travel to your desired space must allow adequate passage.

Delivery Day:

A curious day to look forward to your surprise:

  • Set the delivery date and ensure that the area is cleared to create a functional and relaxing space.
  • On the day of delivery, you'll get a notification when the delivery team is around 30 minutes away.
  • If you require any certificate proof to show your apartment communities, you may inform us in advance so we can make prior arrangements for the document. We'll deliver the boxes to your front door if you choose door-to-door delivery. Our staff will deliver to the location that is the closest to your home that they are able to safely reach if you live in a multi-apartment building that restricts access to non-residents. Please let us know if you reside in a walk-up apartment in advance.
  • If requested, a member of our crew will enter your home wearing a mask for in-room and in- room + assembly deliveries.

Unboxing and Box Removal

If you do not have the original packaging of the item, when you decide to exchange or return it, you will be charged a fee of $50 per item. In order to avoid this unprecedented situation, you can safely fold and accommodate your boxes and store them in your space. If you are skeptical about your purchase, you can return the boxes to our team.

Certificate of Insurance:

Our insurance certificate guarantees that the product is covered under an open policy. We will issue this certificate that represents and takes the place of policy, whose provisions control. You can show this as proof at the places where it is required. In order to obtain this
certificate, you can write to us at CHERS.COM and, a receipt that denotes a template based on your building format with us so that we can develop a template accordingly by adding your name, address, and the dollar amount you would like on the COI.

Local Delivery Partners:

The delivery end of "Chers" is providing safe and secured delivery for your order, if your account indicates the shipment is local delivery, it means that your product is aligned for delivery, and you can be assured that the product will reach you within 2 business days. We endeavor and are recognized for time honored service, so we offer guaranteed delivery times.

Refused Delivery

If you refused your order on delivery, please confirm, and we'll be pleased to process an exchange for a different item that fits better in your space. In this scenario, we won't charge you for further shipping costs; instead, we'll just charge you or give you a refund for any price
difference between the products.

The rejected orders will be considered returns. You will receive a refund of the item's price after it has been delivered back to our warehouse, less the $49 return shipping fee. Because the delivery was handled, your initial shipping cost will not be refunded. It can take longer to process the refund if we don't get word that you rejected a delivery.

You can send us a screenshot of the item that is damaged or has any flaws.

Estimated Delivery Windows

We offer a time slot and a delivery estimate by calculating various parameters involved in order management.

For our purchases, we are not able to give definite delivery dates. We do, however, make conventional shipping predictions based on stock levels and expected shipping patterns. The product has this information, which is continually updated (just look for the delivery truck icon).

You will get the option to arrange your shipment with a local shipping crew for our furniture pieces (which are not delivered by courier). While your order is ready to ship, they will approach you to schedule a slot.

If you’ve likely ordered several products at once, we will hold on for a while until your full order is in stock to secure a fair price. It may be helpful to derive one shipping fee and one shipping date instead of different time-frames where all the products can be shipped together.

At the checkout page, if any of the items are back-ordered, it may cause a delay for the rest of your order.

  • You can specify if you want to receive the products earlier.
  • Split deliveries happen when there is a five-day difference between the first estimated delivery window and the second estimated delivery window, and they can be free.
  • Irrespective of those cases, a separate delivery fee will be charged.
  • Just be sure that additional charges will apply if you live outside of our standard
    shipping zone.
  • Small products can be shipped faster via courier.

Out of Stock:

Highly rated products and items in high demand may occasionally go out of stock with no specific ETA; we will notify you when the product is back in stock. We’re committed to providing our loyal customers the best products, so we have set up a "back in stock" option to snag your favorites. You will receive alerts via email to inform you about the product status before it is sold out again. You can verify the estimated delivery window by entering your ZIP or postal code to promptly make the purchase with us.

Order Holds:

Right to hold-Any order that you purchase can be received after revising the delivery date to your preferred date, if you’re uncertain about the decision on when to receive the order, we recommend that you choose this order hold status so that we may designate the order from time to time. We would appreciate it if you could add precise delivery instructions to the order to avoid operational havoc. Please be informed that you need to add the delivery date, and we’ll hold the process for up to 30 days of time. We can fulfil the order by keeping a hold on the orders.

Delivery Date Requests:

The delivery request date feature allows you to add care instructions for the delivery date if that’s within the ETA window given. You can set a date for when you want the product to arrive.

You are obliged to inform us beforehand so that our delivery partners can hold the package for a maximum of 7 days based on the ETA window. You must be available to receive the package, or you should authorize someone to receive it at the time of delivery.

Simply leave us a message ahead of time so that our delivery hub partners can facilitate ways to change an item's delivery timeline. You are allowed to specify these instructions only if the product is on local partners’ premises.

The delivery timeline is between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. We’ll update you at every stage, from the warehouse to the shipment. Our local partners will reach you to gather the information, and at that time you can confirm the delivery date for the order's completion.

Free Exchanges:

Any item from your order may be exchanged up to 30 days following delivery. Your first exchange for any item comes with free shipping. You will be responsible for paying the forward and return shipping costs if you wish to exchange that item more than once.

Note: The original CHERS packaging must be used for all replacements. There is an additional $50 repackaging cost per item if you don't have the original packaging available.

All our staff will choose a day and time when you can drop off your new item and pick up your exchange at the same time. If the new item is less expensive than the one, you're exchanging, we'll credit your original form of payment. If it is more expensive, we will bill the additional amount when setting up the exchange.

Regions outside our serviceable area, are not eligible for free exchanges, but if you contact us, we will be pleased to provide a shipping estimate.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

CHERS gives you a 30-day return policy based on your realistic expectation settings, If you sense that there’s something not right, we're here to assist you. You can further submit a return or exchange request up to 30 days from the time of delivery.


Submit a Return Request - You can initiate a return request for the product that you have previously purchased.

Sending your return - Please have the return confirmation receipt and have the original package on hand.

How much does return shipping cost? - There is a $49 fee for returns made within our standard service area.

What if I’m returning smaller items? - You will be charged $19 fee

Can I track my return’s progress? - You can track the return status in my accounts page.

What if you do not have original packaging? -  You will be charged a fee of $50 for repackaging. We will give a refund less outbound and return shipping costs and any repackaging fees (if applicable), provided it is in like-new condition.

CHERS warrants that all products and deliverables under the contract will be fully and timely performed in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and practices, the terms, conditions, and covenants of the Contract, and all applicable state and local laws, rules, and regulations.

In a few suspected instances where the product arrives in damaged condition, you can contact us to resolve the situation.

You may share files that consist of photographs and videos of the products for us to know their exact condition. In addition, you can also share images of the packaging box if that’s feasible.

Our policy covers defects or flaws in materials and workmanship where you can claim for replacement. If there is any inconvenience that you’re facing with our product, you can connect with us, and we will take immediate measures to come up with the most suitable solution.



Steps to follow to modify or cancel your orders:

  • Select the items you want to cancel by logging in “My account page “and click “Cancel order
  • You are requested to state the reason for “order cancellation” and proceed further.
  • A notification email will be shared to you confirm order cancellation.
  • Refund for your order will be processed if the product isn’t delivered.
  • If your order is already delivered, you can consider returning it and you’ll charged a fee as a compensation to us. You can check the refund status and refund will appear on your balance within a maximum of ten business days.

Damage After Delivery

In any case, if your products are not in appropriate condition or if they are negatively impacted after delivery to your home, you shall bear the risk, and please be informed that we do not take ownership of those personal damages caused.
