30-days returns policy :---
Please keep in mind that CHERS products must be returned within 30 days. If you decide to return the products, you will be reimbursed for the product if there are no quality issues with the product.You will be responsible for paying the delivery charges.
Conditions for the return:
- The product should meet the criteria stated in the return guidelines, if any product is not in essential condition, the receipt shall be rejected and sent back to you.
- No reimbursement for the used products; we will analyse the authenticity and genuineness of the product, and if the request is genuine, a refund will be made to your original account.
- We only accept returns if the products are in original packaging with all the labels, warranty card, shipping box, tags, and accessories in tact.
- When returning the items, please provide the invoice copy, order ID. If you do not have the documents, the product will be reshipped at your expense and a refund will be initiated. Please keep this for our records.
- Non-returnable products : Customized products
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your return request.
- To be eligible for a return, you must provide a photocopy or the products video, along with the detailed description, for us to approve the return.
- If an item is damaged, please report it to us immediately within three business days.
- Please note, if unauthorized handyman services were used on our product, we do not pay for the repair charge.
- Once your return request is accepted or approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method in a few days of time.
- You will be responsible for handling the shipping costs if you have missed the delivery attempt owing to your personal circumstances.
To complete your return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your official "CHERS" account.
- Select the item and create a return request from the dashboard.
- Fill out the remaining form (including the reason).
- Next, select "refund" and submit the return request.
- Please ensure that the product is sealed and ready for shipment.
- Attach a return label and send the package via trackable shipping methods.
Return Shipping Costs
We aim to offer services that will profit all of our loyal customers. All of our other worldwide customers can return to our storehouse. Please always Contact Us prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain the warehouse address near you.
1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
Refunds will be credited to the same source of payment within 3-5 working days of receiving your item, and if there are any additional discounts applied, it shall be forfeited.In case of any discrepancies with regards to the refund process, we may seek additional information or relevant documents.
