I received a defective item.

CHERS products go through rigorous quality checks and tests before they leave our warehouse, however, if you have received a defective product, we will step up and make it right. We’ll arrange a replacement for the product as fast as possible.

CHERS will take full responsibility, and we will organize for returns and refunds for the product in question. You must notify us within 30 days, and we will take the necessary steps to collect the product at no additional cost.

We request that you include photos, or capture a video of the damaged portion, which will help us investigate and resolve the issue.

You will receive a refund confirmation email from us, and the refunds are only made if the product qualifies for our inspection process.
