Please follow the procedure:

• Go to the "My Account" page, where you can view the current account details, Just click on "Edit Data,"  update your information, and save your changes.
• Enter your password, email ID, and billing address that you want to update.
• In order to verify your mail ID and number, you will receive an OTP number
  for the user authentication process.
• If you try to log in to your CHERS account from an unrecognized device, you
  will have to re-authenticate yourself using SMS OTP verification.
