How do I check my order status?

As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified via email, and you can simply track the status in the order history. If you haven’t received any order confirmation emails, please reach our client assistance immediately.

Check the status of your order via the order tracking page. Track your parcel using the tracking ID shared via email, and if you cannot find the confirmation mail, check the spam folder as well.
  1. Sign into your account on the CHERS Home page.
  2. Go to the "Orders" tab; the status will be indicated below the item.
  3. Click on the selected item link for a detailed summary of the ordered item.

You can enter your order tracking ID and check the order status anytime at the "My orders" section of our website.
