How do I return the items?
We want you to fall in love with your order; however, you can return or exchange the product if you have changed your mind, and we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
You will have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you.
- Log in to your official "CHERS" account.
- Select the item and create a return request from the dashboard.
- Fill out the remaining form (including the reason).
- Next, select refund, submit the return request.
- Please ensure that the product is sealed and ready for shipment.
- Attach a return label and send the package via trackable shipping methods.
Refunds will be credited to the same source of payment within 3-5 working days of receiving your item, and if there is any offer, promotion, or discount applied to such a product, it shall be forfeited.
In case of any discrepancies with regards to the refund amount, we may seek additional information or relevant documents.
