How many days do I have to request a return?
To qualify for our return terms, you must initiate the return request within 30 days of your purchase. For more information, please refer to our policy guidelines.
Return will be processed only if these conditions are met:
- If the product were found to be undamaged while in your possession;
- f the product is in its original packaging, including tags and all accessories therein,
- If the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- If the request is initiated within the return window specified on the product detail page.

Exceptions:
Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
