I still haven’t received my refund?
Refunds are made within 3-5 working days of the refund, based on the condition of the returned product. Refunds will only happen if the request is made within 30-days of the receipt of the goods.
The amount will be sent back to your account depending upon your original form of payment.
For a credit card payee, you will have to wait for one billing cycle for the credit to reflect on the bank statement. Please contact our client services for further assistance.
