You've lost access to your account for CHERS, here’s how to recover it.

Without twiddling your thumbs further, follow these simple steps to retrieve your CHERS user account access.

To promote clarity among the users, we collect phone numbers and request customers to put forward their email addresses to serve as a last resort.

Luckily, your CHERS user account only requires you to:

1. Head to "Log in " from the drop down menu of the website.
2. Click on "Forgot password"
3. Our bots are pretty intelligent; they will let you sign in once they detect an
   account already exists.
4. Enter the email address that was previously enrolled and submit the details.
5. For security reasons, an automatically generated email will be shared with
   you so you can create your new password.
6. Click on the password reset link sent to the email address you provided.
7. Reset the password on the page you get redirected to.
