Regardless of this, you can learn the delivery estimates for your products on the product page by providing your ZIP code. On the account of any in-progress orders, you can check the recent estimated delivery time on your My Account page. We will also notify you of any updates.

Contactless product delivery:

To prioritize the health and safety of our customers, team, and social community, we are offering Contactless Delivery as a default.

This means that we will deliver your items to the front door of your home or apartment, maintaining a six-foot distance, and photograph the order at your doorstep as proof of delivery to provide a signature free.

Certain Multi-family residential curb non-residential entries for security and safety purposes. If access to your building is restricted to non-residents, we underpin the regulations and will deliver to the nearest accessible location.

Assembly Assistance:

We offer In-Room and In-Room + Assembly delivery services for an additional cost. Furniture placement and assembly would need expert assistance, so we extend our support to our customers aiming to provide an unfussy experience.

During these services, our teams will follow in accordance with government mandates and procedures. In areas where the Covid restrictions are no longer in place, our delivery agents are offered the option to avoid using masks and gloves, but if you request them to be worn during delivery, we will accommodate accordingly.

Exchange and Return procedures:

Exchanges and Returns procedures are carried out adhering to Contactless measures. This process involves,

  1. Repackaging the item(s) in the original packaging (if available) and leaving them outside your door for pickup. A $50 repackaging fee per item will apply if the original packaging is unavailable.
  2. Pickup schedules will be confirmed with you in advance, and a confirmation call will be made 30-40 minutes preceding the arrival.
  3. The item(s) must be left at your doorstep for our pickup
  4. In order to comply with your building's policies, we request that you bring the repackaged item(s) to the exterior entrance of your building if access by non-residents is restricted

In order to ensure the well-being of our staff and other customers, we ask that you do not schedule a delivery if you are currently experiencing flu-like symptoms. Contact us to reschedule the delivery for a later date.
